RPM is now called Maker Gen. And while its owned by Maker Studios, Maker Gen(RPM) is actually a main network by itself. I'm partnered with them so i contacted them right away when i saw that policy on google. I had a confirmation for this from Maker staff. So that ones okay. Idk about rest networks.
