Ahh yea, if you're really not happy with the audio, look into those Rode or similar mics for smartphones, they're pretty neat and some of them are quite cheap.

Yup I use audacity to remove noise, it goes well, ok lemme explain you what's really my issue! Here is the picture
look at this large waveform, the ratio of dark blue:blue ratio is almost close, it sounds like a VOICE BLAST, how to fix this?

Any suggestions for "soundproofing" lol. Maybe I'll get famous enough to get more money and buy a condo after I get kicked out for excessive noise.

I like how nobody really answered the OP's question, and went about sound editing instead.
There's not really much you can do beside moving house or sound proofing. I've kinda got the same problem, except with family and not neighbors. I guess you could just hope nobody minds, if being less loud isn't an option.

I live in a multi-family home. 3 floors and 3 different families. I live on the top floor with my family. I can hear them. They can hear me. There's a few options. I hope some of these help.
1. Try to record in a room with carpet. Its like natural sound proof for a room.
2. Is there any way you can record at a family members or friends house? (not apartment) when they're not home?
3. I have some idea of when my neighbors go to work, so if I'm home around that time, I can work on a video and be as loud as I want.
4. It might be embarrassing, but you can warn your neighbors that you are about to do a video to show some kind of courtesy. You can even tell them your video recording schedule.
5. You can purchase soundproofing foam. (kinda expensive) It will help trap sound inside a room.
6. An external microphone can help pick up sound easier, instead of relying on the camera's microphone.
I'm in the same boat. I even watch a YouTuber who is in a dorm room, that has to deal with these issues. Just another hurdle to overcome. Good luck bro.

Thanks! I have some sound proof foam, might get more. My living room is big so I might put my stuff in my room and put foam everywhere. But then my living room will be empty
