Voice recording software suggestion

I'm looking for the best audio recording software, i'm using audacity atm but i was wondering if OBS is something i might look into? Do you have any other suggestions?

I recommend using OBS Studio instead of regular OBS as OBS Studio you can record up to 4 tracks so you can have a track for game sound, a track for your voice from your mic, etc. and it comes with a built in mixer so you can change the levels of all tracks and you can also add filters to individual tracks like Gain and such.

I agree. OBS Studio is the best software out there that is free.

I'd recommend Adobe Audition for voice recording

What are you missing in Audacity? That's quite important in order to give you some advice.

I think i will try OBS as well for my voice recording. Have a brand new Alienware Aurora, but Audacity keeps on freezing my computer and he shuts down itself when i try to install it. But before Audacity did great!
