Maybe do some rants about stupid s**t people do :p Like the people who do things like this:

Hi, my names Bob.

-Bob

That s**t never ceases to bother me. It's like, we know who you are, your name is right there, why would you add that?
 
you just need to get into the habit of whenever you think of something that you could rant about/discuss/make a sketch on write it down on your phone or something - there'll be some stuff that's rubbish, but you end up with a few good video ideas :)
