If you do daily vlogs of your life, don't start every new clip with something along the lines of " hey guys" or something along those lines.

if you are starting the vlog with that clip greet them how you want too, but if its mid day, and ur at the waterpark for example don't say " hey guys im at the waterpark!" instead you can just show ur surrounding or something, turn the camera back at u and talk, instead of greeting them. I instantly close a vlog if the person does more then 1 clip of them saying hello to me,

Don't talk to your audience like they're retarded - it kind of echoes what others have already said, but I cringe and rage a little inside when Katilette (Shaytards) is like "Heyyyyyyy guyyys!" as if she's addressing the special needs class.

Show some personality when you're talking. If you speak monotone, the viewer will click away from your video.
