Definitely standing up. Your voice is more projected and you'll feel more confident

IMO when doing a solo video, i think standing is best, but when there is more than 1 person, it seems better to sit, which i think creates a more of a conversational environment between the people behind the cmaera and the viewers.

doesn't matter to me but it all depends on your presence and what the room you're in looks like and of course what you're talking about

Based on my equipment and set up, I sit. I couldn't really pull off standing with what I have, as much as I'd like to. I do like angling the camera however so that I'm looking up at it ever-so-slightly. It's thinning! (Actually, you can see that I am doing that in my avatar)
