Vlogging: Standing up or sitting down?

Im just curious, which do you prefer? Standing up or Sitting down?

I'm definitely a stand-up vlogger. It's easier to be more animated that way.

Sitting for the most part. I like to see someone vlog lying down or squatting with the camera point up or something.

I sit down, but I position the camera in a way that you can barely tell the difference.

It matters what you're vlogging about really and where you are.. if you take ShayCarl (or however it's spelt) for example they do pretty much every position you can think of because they're always vlogging in random locations
If you're vlogging in a home studio/room then I would say standing up because it makes you look a much more "open" to the audience unless you're sitting down with something in the background like JacksGap do

That's funny because I always thought the opposite. When I sat down for my vlogs I wanted the feeling like I was sitting across the table talking to you directly. When I stand up I feel like I can animate my body more haha.
