Vlogging help!

Hellio!
I am planning on getting into gamin commentaries about random crap!
But then I had a series idea that would work better if I vlogged (I Think at least, it's an tv show weekly episode review and stuff thingy)
The problem is I have everything for my commentating!
My gane record software, my blue yeti!
I do have a webcam BUT IT SUCKS!

So what do you use for vlogging?? I'm completely new to this stuff! How do you do?!?
 
Nothing but my SMART PHONE NOKIA LUMIA 920, 8 mp, works best in DAY TIME, sunlight from Window shines my beautiful face and video captures every pixel of it!
But later I'm gonna buy Canon Lumix once I reach 500 subs :D

You only use your phone?? No extra mic for better audio or anything??

Hahaha don't ask about my MIC, I have Mic but don't know how to make configurations for my MIC to work on my laptop! :P
Just after my exams I'm gonna research on this! and yeah Mic is necessary :D
