In terms of lighting... it depends on what kind of Vlogs you are doing. If you will going outside and travelling and stuff then you won't really need any lighting. As for cameras... Canon Cameras in my experience are really good but I've never used any other brand and make. So many out there these days! haha

Could be, it depends how you want to sound. Script it and could come off as scripted but if you want that then awesome! But if you want it sound more free flowing write down a few points to make sure you hit and then it's almost like having the safety net of script to fall back on but you say things of the cuff rather than planing out your lines

Unfortunately not.. Although I think for decent quality lighting equipment, you may be looking at spending quite a bit.. I'm no expert but yeah.
