If it did then botting thousands of views wouldn't really do much unless it ran for the full duration of the vid. And from my understanding, they don't. So it'd be much less useful than it sounds.

You'd think that YouTube or Google would disallow ads that go against their own ToS.... but then again, money is money. And it makes them money :(

In regards to my own opinions: It probably is a bot, which means that the views are pretty much meaningless. It might push you up to "related search" status... but it would cost massive amounts of money to fabricate THAT many views. If the site IS a human site where your videos get shared with and viewed by thousands of people, that might be a little different. However, I doubt that's the case. And even if it is, the site will need a LOT more popularity before that happens. It's too sketchy right now, so I think it's best to hang back until we hear positive reviews from real people who have taken the risk and tried it.
Not to mention, and this is my own opinion, that's such an "easy way out." To just pay your way to popularity. I'd rather work my way there by self promotion and making sure that the right people with a real interest watch what I post... not just a bunch of faceless people that I might never actually have the opportunity to get to know.
 
Virool doesn't "bot" views like others. It's more similar to using adwords for videos. I've tried it but it's way too expensive to be practical unless you've got a huge budget. The CPC is like $0.10 per view, so 1000 views would be $100... ouch!
