ViralGains - looks dodgy

Does anyone know anything about ViralGains? Has anyone used it? Just reading their website, it looks like a Virool-style clickfarm. It talks about 'seeding' YouTube videos, which sets off my alarm bells.
 
Looks legit, if you look at the big companies they've worked with and at the bottom of their website you can see loads of press links and read what the press have said about their website and services.
 
Do you know how it works? Is it a video wall of lots of films playing simultaneously on someone's website? Or is it (what I want) a way of reaching lots of YouTube users, who might like my films, cheaply?
