Vimeo? Yay or nay?

I have some questions about possibly trying out Vimeo. I checked their basic guidelines and stuff, but I'm curious, would it allow my video game review show there? And how strict are they when allowing new people? I ask this since I tried several times to get with Blip and have been turned down every time. And would I get in trouble with Youtube or RPM for putting my videos there? As in the same videos already on Youtube?

Most people don't use Vimeo because it's not as practical as YT, even with all the G+ things. It has things such as paid memberships which give bonus benefits, large queues for uploading, etc.

I tried it for about a few days but it couldn't beat YouTube. But hey, you never know. I may go back to it for a little while, I didn't really see what was under the hood. x)
