Views or Subs?

Subscribers, I just love my little community and having comments to reply to and thats the loveliest part of YouTube tbh
 
If we look at whats more practical views are better however, I think an active Sub base it way better than views.
 
One you have a good amount of subscribers then you can spend less time trying to promote yourself, in the meantime u need to put lots of effort to get noticed and hope they sub

I love your reply. Very true.

I must say though that personally, a lot of my regular fans, start feeling more like friends, as I become more familiar with their avatars, and remembering specific comments they made in the past as I read current comments.
 
Views for me.... If you somehow get the views without a subbase, you're doing something right with your exposure and findability.
 
Thanks for bringing this topic up though. Thinking about the feed, I am actually going through and unlisting some of the videos.
