Are you refrshing the page to see if you got more views? Because thats a youtube glitch that gives you views. Don't try it because youtube remove the views after a week or so.

Ah, that might be another possibility, one of your friends/other viewers refreshing the page. When the view count hits 301, it would say 301+ and stop counting until YouTube verifies that those 301 one views are from different computers.

Looking at your other video counts and the fact that there's no comments and not much like/dislike feedback, it does seem a little odd.
