hmmm... I guess when I mounted my GoPro to my car's rear view mirror while going through a car wash. The car wash knocked the camera off and then my car ran over it... It actually recorded while being crushed and filmed laying face down in the car wash and somehow survived. I broke about $130 worth of accessories, but my $500 camera and $79 memory card survived. It hasn't got a whole lot of views, but it's a memorable moment for me as I still use that camera to this day
 
A recent one I recorded (that'll be out before the end of the month) had a fantastically awkward moment - I do primarily Let's Plays, and because my Watch Dogs 2 series has been getting copyright claims etc. I decided to turn off all music in the game - this resulted in a karaoke scene where it was dead silence throughout, and it was just the animations of the character playing. I cracked up during the recording and can't wait to get around to editing it / putting it on the channel.
