Videos not showing to subscribers

I've Got It
I posted a new video today and even 20 minutes after it has posted it still shows "sending to subscribers" I asked one of them on twitter to see if it showed up for them and they said no. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Have you not uploaded in a while? I've heard unconfirmed reports that if you don't upload for a while, your videos won't pop up for your subscribers. Not sure if this is true or not though.

This would explain a lot of the problems I've had. That's really stupid of Youtube to do, though...
 
YouTube never sends notification to All your subscribers. It all depends on how often they watch your movies, how long they watch each movie, what they do during watching the movie, what they do after watching the movie etc. etc.

I think that if YT sends to more than 15% of your subscribers - you are a lucky person :)
