First and most important thing - what can I do to help my videos keep more attention?

Is the video too boring? Or is it engaging?

Second - please tell me honestly, how to improve my voice? The pronunciation sucks in my opinion. Is there some method to make it better?

Is audio quality ok overall?

Thanks for feedback! Are you absolutely sure about the length? I heard Youtube values videos in length of 10-13 minutes, because these videos can be better monetised via sticking ads in the middle.
