Video Quality Help?

I've Got It
Whenever I upload videos to youtube, they have HD options, but when I watch it, it always sets me to 360p. I know it's my video, because when I watch other videos, they set me to 720p automatically!

How do I set it to where they view it HD automatically also?

What he said it can be your internet connection it cold automatically be setting the lower quality because your internet connection speed can be throttled for example. If you are sure the file is in 720p or 1080p then that is the problem.

All of my videos load in 360p, yet my internet is super fast! My computer isn't super powerful though. The resolution the videos load in may also be due to your computer specs.
