Video is CUT?!

Hey everyone,

So I make a video and upload it to YouTube, but then, I find out that it's cut most of it out. I run the file and the file is fine, but when I click on the video on YouTube, it says the video length for a second and then it changes to 4 minutes. Can anyone help?
 
What format did you upload it ? Because maybe if it is not .mov or .mp4 sometimes it causes problem. Other it can be it hasn't processed correctly.
