Serious answers are oh so hard to come by. Vlogs can be about anything and the good thing is, topic wise, you don't have to be 100% original. Looking at the popular vloggers like charlieissocoollike, JacksGap, etc. they usually share a couple of the same topics. If you yourself are unique enough, you can just do your own take on those topics and nobody will mind. You could talk about "Things Girls Wish Guys Knew" or something like that, that's a popular one.
