Video Effects!

Hi!
I'm trying to find some Full HD Lightning and party light effects what to use on my videos, but I can't find them anywhere...
Could someone say where can I find them.

When I need something I search at VideoBlocks, but they are paid effects and I dont think you can find easily Full HD effects for free :)

I think that I need to grow a little bit more on YouTube to allow myself some cool effects :)

Not sure if you are still looking for effects and how quick you are at learning software but there's this software called HitFilm. It looks like an all in one editor/compositor. (whatever the terminology is)
They have a free version called HitFilm Express which says it has 122 effects in the free version. I think they also have a ton of tutorials. I was going to try it out but I'm too lazy right now.. lol
Let me know if you do use it and if it's worth trying out!
