Does anyone know why youtube turns this:

I rendered the video on premiere with these settings: H.264, 1080, render at maxiumum depth, 30fps, high profile, VBR 2 pass, target Bitrate to 15 and Maximum Bitrate to 40 and checked "Use Maximum Render Quality.”
