I have a battlefield 4 montage that has been at 301+ views for a month now, I wanna know if its getting views or whats going on and its annoying whats up with this.

It'd be pretty funny if it ACTUALLY had 301 views, imagine that.

Confusing matter. I would say perhaps leave it for a bit then return to it in a week or so and see if it has received any more views.

Have you checked the analytics on that specific video? That will tell you how many views it really has.
