Vidcon 2015, Are you going?!?!

For those that have been, what's the biggest advantage of being there? We are contemplating it...we aren't really all that concerned about meeting "YouTube Stars" so besides that....what's the value?
 
Well i've always wanted to go, but I wanted to wait till a got my subscribers first. I don't know though still thinking about it :/

I haven't been before, but they didn't have three different passes before. I got the creator pass, and it sounds like there are panels about helping you grow your channel, network info etc...
I started watching youtube videos for vidcon 2015 to see what others thought, because there were some people who made videos that went before, and seem pretty excited about attending as creators rather than getting community passes.
 
One of the biggest things that I have heard about going to these conventions is meet everyone you can.. if you're in line with someone say hi and strike up a conversation. Just because you don't know them doesn't mean that they don't create content.. they could have 100,000 subscribers and you might not realize it. I think these events are really about getting to know other creators and viewers and making a community out of it. I was in a Google hangout the other day.. I knew one other person and we all just chatted about cool videos we had seen and our schedules and going to different events. It's getting to know the community, you dont have to have 10,000 subscribers to attend :)
