How expensive is it to go to vidcon and stay there and such? I feel like it's just going to cost gobs of money so I'll never be able to go. :[

Last year, tickets were $90 (super early bird), $100 (early bird) and $110 (regular price) for the community tickets. Convention pricing at local hotels were roughly $139 per night. Parking was an additional $16-28 per night.

That's if you live close, for us UK people it's 800-1500 per flight

To save money. Our network paid for part of Vidcon this year and will likely pay for all of it next year. I see no reason to turn them down.

I reallllly want to go. I'm planning it all out and it's looking super expensive. Flights are around $1500 return, and we want to fit in as much as we can if we are travelling all that way. But I think it'll be worth it, so I am keen.
