I've Got It
Hi Everyone
Soo Im new to youtube and have uploaded 10 videos.1 every week
but all of em have very few views
Just wanted to ask how do people get more views and subscribers on their videos??

Hello Harjyot, I'm extremely new as well and I don't know as much as I'd like to but for me, Facebook has been very rewarding. After I link my new video each week to it, my wife and then friends and family link it as well so that gets the ball rolling decently for starters. Sticking around this forum and interacting with everyone and checking out their channels and commenting does a lot as well, you never know who will like your content and subscribe. There are soo many ways to increase your traffic but these two are my main ones and I'm happy to have them :).

Don't worry about low views when you are just starting off, it can take months or years to properly start getting an audience. As @ForMyLove said social networks are a good place to advertise your vids and help get your channel going.

For one, if you are new, i would not upload every week, thats probably why you are lacking anything at the moment, better to upload every day and promote your channel on relevant forums.

Worrying about getting a lot of views when your just starting is like worrying about putting the icing on a cake before you put it in the oven.
But if you are looking for legitimate advice, I suggest posting your videos to social media, work on SEO, you can even promote on YTTalk after you get enough cash!

noob question from myself, what is SEO?

Seriously, Take your time. This doesn't happen over night! The best tip I can suggest is to make content that you personally enjoy and people will see that and latch onto it! You've only been at this for 10 weeks give it time!

Best advice, stop worrying about the views and enjoy what your making. My advice would be the same as other peoples here. Social media and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) can really help when your first starting out!

Most importantly just have fun with it!

It stands for "Search Engine Optimization". It means to optimize your video tags, keywords, title, etc. There is a big guide on it in the Strategies and Technique advice subforum by ConnorsCraft that I'd recommend if you are interested.
