Using Soundcloud for YouTube Audio

Hey guys, I dunno if this has already been addressed but here is my question

I use Beats from Artists on Soundcloud in the background of my videos (all credit is given in the description) but my real question is, can I still monetize these videos with the Free Download Beats I got from Artists on Soundcloud?

Sometimes the licensing and copyright is written underneath, if you don't see it try messaging them and asking nicely for permission.

No that is not the case, somebody releases a track for free doesn't mean you instantly have the right to do with it whatever you want. The original creator is still the owner of the copyright on his track, even though that track was released for free. So get written permission from that artist or don't use it.
