Okay so as part of my channel I plan to review gametrailers, but would I get a copyright warning for using their video? Obviously I wouldn't try mark the trailer off as my own, but I want play the video in the background and give my opinion on it.
Are there any sort of rules that say i'm not aloud to do that?

Thanks for your people :3

Review falls under fair use, but a large part of the flagging system is automatic. You will need to obtain permission from the company behind the trailer in order to prove to YouTube it's okay.

There is a good chance that could happen. I would stay away from it if I was you. Why take the change? Why not review and just post an annotation in your video to the official trailer.

Mmmm that's a hard one, If you mute the sound of the trailer I think it's ok with commentary over it. I do not know for sure.

I think if you remove the audio you are pretty safe. Just don't do movie trailers. Movie trailers is a whole other area if I'm right.

Movie trailers is a minefield. I'd go as far as saying don't do anything to do with movies on YouTube - even if you do it legally it's a hassle.

Your videos will PROBABLY get flagged. I get videos flagged that are just playthroughs of games with me talking and they're not even monetized. It's a pain in the rear end. If I was going to do something like that, I would probably partner with TGN or some gaming related partner first.
