I used this list of countries: US, GB, FR, IN, BR, AUSTRALIA, RU, RO, AR, CA,
At interests I left it blank. (I tried with youtube as the main interest but it seemed that nothing is moving, neither views or subs). Ages from 13 to 24. The 5$ boost worked only for a day and I got 174 new likes on my post about 40 views and 2 subs.
