Username yay or nay?

I agree with the majority, I think it sounds cool, and I like the idea of the channel name not really having any meaning of its own, but rather letting the content add meaning to the name. I think an important thing is to make sure the name is easy to pronounce, and easy to spell, like when someone tells a friend "hey, you should check out Petercorb on YouTube" that person can quickly type out your name without misspelling or anything. I think you're covered on all of these aspects so overall the name seems good, I'd go with it!

PewDiePie, JackSepticEye, Markiplier, Cryaotic, etc to name a few - their names have nothing to do with gaming :)

Sounds good, like others have said, you make the name, not the other way around. Otherwise I'd name myself GreatestBestAwesomeGamerYouTuber :D
 
I think the name is already good, everything depend on the contents in our channel. The name of our channel isn't help that much i think
