Uploading videos wrong?

Recently I went back and watched some of my older videos and I found they were in 360p. I quickly discovered this was the only quality available for them despite the fact that I have always uploaded mp4 files of 1080p quality. If I haven't already used some sort of converter, does YouTube downgrade the quality of my videos and if so, how do I remedy this?

It could be my computer (?). They're only available in 360p for me, and its only my videos.

Maybe its a default setting or something? Im unsure but I do know that I can get 720p and higher

Check on your account settings > Playback and make sure you have

Always choose the best quality for my connection and player size
Always play HD on fullscreen (when available)

If not maybe clean up cache?
