Uploading TV Series on to YouTube

Hi all,

I just uploaded a video on Youtube as unlisted. I thought since it won't show to the public it won't be deleted but after a while it did.

My question now is, since they have given me a soft warning, can I upload it on Youtube as Private, and not have it taken off?

I mean I don't see why there's a problem if its not for the public, I just wanted to share it with some friends.

Please give me your thoughts, and thanks,

YouTube's ContentID will match the audio/ video to a known copyright and you will still be flagged.

If you don't own the rights, don't post...or do, but then don't complain when they terminate your account.
