Uploading original Honest Game Trailers?

Are "Honest Game Trailers" a Yotube trend so anyone can make original videos based on this or is it a trademark owned by "Screen Junkies" therefore it could potentially cause legal issues?

No, you should be fine to do your own, although you should be prepared for some people calling you out for "copying" the original format, no matter how good yours may be. No legal issues at all though!

I think it would be fine, make sure it isn't an exact copy though, like the same kind of voice and such
