Upload video on another website as well?

Is that ok, I upload my YouTube channel video's on the other website?

I mean like Dailymotion, Liveleak, Vimeo, to drive viewers from those websites to my YouTube channel?

If yes, do you know another website like those I mentioned above?
Which one is better so?
 
I was wondering the same but rather for Chinese video websites. They have a kind of partner program and the potential audience reach is staggering. I know that some rather big YouTubers maintain channels on this websites too.

For sure I will upload fresh/new videos to them though.

Youku.com and Tudou.com . Almost for sure one of them has partner program. I remember that somebody from the forum was maintaining second channel there (I think it was hunting gear YouTube channel).
