In that case we're not quite sure what the problem is. When you drag a file onto the upload page, the setting should show under the privacy settings. If it doesn't show, your account isn't partnered, as this capability is only available to partners.

This is where you do scheduled uploads. If you don't have this option,it's not availible to you yet. What it does,it's basicly uploading a private video and it publishes it at given time automaticly.

But I cant click schedule I can only click private? But then I have to manually make it public on the day I want it to be seen but if I cant use the pc then I cant manually do it???

Try uploading it as private then edit it and try changing it to scheduled for whenever you want it. Aslong as it went up as private and you never make it public you should be able to change it.

Okay if not I will make it private and then on my mobile change it to public on the day I would have uploaded, this is just annoying though as it wastes time but if it's the only way then I must do it.

The video has to be uploaded on private first, then hit the drop down menu and hit scheduled upload. It should work from there
