Unsubscribed from comment email notifications, now I'm getting them again

Hey everyone, a few months ago I unsubscribed from the email notifications telling me that someone commented on one of my videos. It was all good until earlier today when I started receiving the Comment email notifications again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I am getting normal comment notifications plus an extra one with a link. So to notifications for each comment. I'm tipping they changed something again lol

lol ok as long as I'm not the only one! I'm sure it'll sort itself out or someone will figure out how to disable them!

If you haven't already, have you tried unsubscribing from them again? There's changes being made to split G+ from YouTube, I'm not sure if they're currently rolling this out slowly or if it's already done. I have noticed that tagging with + doesn't link channels in replies like it used to, so they've definitely changed something somewhere lol

You could also check both your YouTube & Google+ settings in case 1 setting is overriding another?

That would make a lot of sense because the emails that I'm getting now look different from the emails that I used to get! I'll check it out this weekend!

Yeah your getting the "extra" one that I am. I think if you wait a few days the problem will disappear

Ok sounds good! I'll wait it out for a week, and then hopefully it'll disappear. If not, I'll try to solve it!
