Unmotivated

Hey Yttalk,

It's been a very long time since I've been here, but I've been feeling a little unmotivated to make videos recently and I thought Yttalk would be the best place for me to find like minded people.

To be honest I suffer from depression and that makes it difficult to be motivated for most things but I love YouTube and making videos is one of my favorite past times.

My YouTube account is based upon my bucket list and therefor I have plenty of things I could do to actually record a video, I just can't find the motivation to actually go out into the world and accomplish those things and that's really bugging me, cause I kinda feel like a loser.

Does anyone have any advice they could share with me, any little thing would be appreciated. Thank you xoxo

Look here Miss... Get out there and make some videos.. DO IT!! NOW!!! No more slacking get it done... I hope that motivated you.

dont worry, im in the same boat. I havent made a proper video in like 6 months. Just recently been diagnosed with depression but im slowly trying to get back into it.. I just got a load of graphics made and decided im gong to try and record a load of videos and get them ready before even uploading any... saying that I havent started yet, i'm putting it off too much, i should be recording videos right now but im watching videos instead

I m also suffering from Depression, dont feel unmotivated, bcz you get life only once, if you won't do ur Passionate things in ur life, there is no another chance :) Stay motivated :D

Think the best think to do is make your videos and do your bucket list - but also try to enjoy the videos you are making - thats they only way to keep a positive outlook on your channel :D

i have Bi-polar disorder so i have episodes of Depression i often feel unmotivated and fatigued and whatnot this is not what you are going to want to here but if you really want to do somthing go do it because not doing will only make you feel regret about not doing and thus more depressed its not easy true but nothing worth having ever is the stuggle may be harder but that only means the reward is greater if you can do things despite of your depression that makes you ten times more awesome than not doing something because of your depression

I've had my shares of ups and downs. It is life, but it can really drag you down. People from the outside won't understand until they are living in it.

All I can say is try to do what you love. Don't force anything. If YouTube isn't doing it for you right now that's ok. There are a million of other hobbies out there. I take my breaks from YouTube too when it becomes a bother.
