That statement to me says that rather than picking up on issues and improving upon them, they've decided that anyone with a negative experience must be a troll.

Yeah, that is what I meant by calling him an immature kid. IMHO he is just trying to get as much money as possible as soon as possible, because why else would you relocate your company to a different country with low taxes and cheap labor. Sorry for off topic.
