Your contract renews for another year if you do not request to be released. You will need to wait until 8/23 to send in your request to be released. Also, it would be best if you contact their support team via Maker Max.

I can't login to maker max. I was under 18 when I signed. I tried to contact them within 30 days and I didn't get a reply.

When did you sign the contract? @ 9/23/2013? Then you have to wait till 7/23/2014 at least before telling them not to renew your contract.

No. Any contract that lists notice to be provided X days before the end in order to terminate does not have a wait until timeframe. You could give your notice immediately after having signed and it is the companies legal obligation to accept it, assuming the proper notification channels were used. It's also extremely dangerous to be advising that people wait until "close" to the timeframe where any kind of last minute delay in sending means they are late.

Well, my last contract stated that I should tell them 90 days prior my non renewal, and trust me, it did not end well with me. I tried to not renew my contract on 2013 but they told me I should have told them 90 days prior, which is some major BS. So I learned my mistake and told them 120 days before my renewal, and it kinda worked, but it was a hassle because when the time came, they were like "Oh we already renewed your contract". Good thing I said that I already told them not to, so I got off with RPM 2 weeks ago.

That's normal. It's a very different thing to say that you must give at least X days notice, than to say that you can't give notice before X days prior to the end of the term.
