"Unknown-direct" views.

Looking at my traffic sources in my analytics the biggest traffic source is "Unknown-direct" with 29%. None of the things that YouTube says it could be from seem like plausible explanations for the high percentage of views. Does anyone know what views count towards it other than copy and pasting the URL and mobile apps? What percentage of your views are from it? Are mine abnormally high?

Pretty sure thats things that the video is shared too, thats not a big site.. I'm not sure though.

OMG I always had that too! I liked to tell myself that those views were from either an alien planet, or some robotic building in Russia. A lot of my views were from the unknown. Scared the hell out of me.

I've had this as well.
It's quite frustrating to not know exactly where the source is coming from.
