Unfair

I think there isn't much in life that is fair, and YouTube is no different. I will see someone slop together and half done cooking video of something truly awful, and I'm not talking about someone who is entertaining to make up for it, and have like 50,000 views while I can barely get 1000 on videos I bust my butt to make high quality. But I just keep working hard, maybe it'll pay off one day and if not I still enjoy it. Fairness in life was never promised...unfortunately. :)

I think that as soon as you start thinking about the 'fairness' of a the success from one person to another, be it in any activity, you're losing the focus of WHY you do it in the first place. Bigger channels do get more exposure from the YouTube site, yes, but they're just giving the audience what they want within a couple of clicks. Because it's a business. I believe I will get there one day, but in the meantime I'm going to have fun doing what I'm doing, knowing that I'll get better along the way. And when I do get there it will be so much better, because I earned it.
