I meant the length and width. I had a file that was below the maximum file size, but when I made the image smaller it uploaded.

I'm talking about videos here..? not banners or whatever.

Anyways problem is fixed now.

Problems fixed now, I contacted support and they sent me an email saying they would look into it, an hour later it was fixed
