Un-claiming a video :c

You aren't allowed to monetise many Microsoft games even with commentary. Halo is 100% not allowed.

You are basically infringing copyright. You might get away with it for a while but you will eventually get caught and pay the price.

as no ones seems to have given an answer or the one I'm about to give.. try this.
Video Manage>Edit (on the claimed video)> Claiming options> then go on the drop down list and just change it from im guessing audio+visual to one of the other option (DONT SAVE) then this shoulc unlock the checkbox which is called "Claim this video" just uncheck that and save changes and you should be good to go :)
 
I'm fairly new to partnership, but I was under the impression in a network you HAD to claim videos on your channel, and if they couldn't be claimed, they had to be removed? This may be subjective depending on network, but it's worth reading your contract to see if you CAN un-claim it first.

If a video is unclaimed it just means you won't make money off that video because they won't be able to put adverts onto that video :) (like monetization) as long as the video doesn't have any copyrights you're able to keep it on your channel unclaimed :)

Contact your network, as them to do it (explain it was an accident and you don't want a strike etc) I am sure they will un claim it because they could get into as much trouble as you due to earning part of the money.

Have just messaged them, hopefully they can sort it! god i'm such a idiot haha! was going through claiming my vids and done so many i didnt notice i done that one by accident :c lol
 
When you are partnered with a network you do not have the "right" to unclaim a video yourself. It's a part of every contract that I've ever read (which is about 6 to date).

I had this issue myself though mine was due initially to claiming a video with the autogenerated ID instead of my own ClaimID (before BBTV changed it to allow for whatever ID YouTube assigned). A quick message to the network and they can unclaim the video for you.

Deleting the video would be the last resort. In the mean time though you can switch the video to private or unlisted at the very least so nobody can report it before the claim is removed.
