So I'm very very new to twitter, Actually just created an account (Sacrilegious right?) But I was wondering how would I go about promoting my channel on Twitter? Anyone give me a bump!
 
Best way to get followers is to follow lots of people. Best way to get followers who care about your tweets a lot is follow people with common interests and tweet them and try and engage with people as much as possible. If you want to use Twitter to promote your Youtube you'd probably be better off spending a few dollars on Google Adwords for video. If you want to just grow your twitter I think promoted tweets are pretty effective.

How would I go about finding people with common interests like people who are just starting youtube for example?
 
You should easily be able to find the Twitter accounts of the YouTubers you watch already because generally they are on the channel page, also consider finding a few friends on Twitter who might enjoy your videos and talk to people, all the time! :)
