Tube Toolbox?

I think they offer a service where they do it from there end for you although I could be wrong, if you do go ahead though if they start supporting mac etc then make sure to use the coupon from the forums :)

So basically it sends out messages at a human like speed for you while you do other things? I would want it to only send messages to specific users who's content was similar to my own... if that's even possible.. Even then I would probably be weary of using it.

You can target specific keywords, videos and all sorts within it, you yourself could put in say "cover song" and target those who make cover songs, if you had a iphone review channel you could search for videos to do with iphones, gather those who commented on such videos who are interested and message them manually, there is a lot of things you can use it for without being a spammer etc the only thing you should worry about if using it is getting banned for spamming or bombarding their servers if you were to alter the default limits, although there are partners that spam on a daily basis who got partnership whilst spamming and still have an Adsense and YT account.

I think that's where programs like it shine the most, when you have something to sell although on YouTube that can of course be yourself or a product.
