As the title says, what do you think about trends on youtube?
Which trends did you enjoy the most and why?
What trends do you remember?

I enjoyed the smosh nigahiga & fred era the most (prob cuz it was my first)

I probably enjoyed Frankie's era of Let's Plays where long let's play's would be turned into cinematics with their own storyline and carry on as episodes. Was fun and is still fun to sit back for 20 minutes of pure entertainment with my popcorn
Also all the gaming machinima days like when red vs blue started those were juicy!

2009 YouTube was great

I didn't pay that much attention to YouTube videos from 2010 to 2012

And the current YouTube is also fun but not as fun as the original YouTube lol, it just feels very different.

I just remember the ice bucket challenge... and the Gandam style parodies and the harlem shake where everyone just HAD to make their version of it....
