Too Daily Vlogers in high school.. How do you do it?

title. But I'm curious because Its 7 hours out my day and I sorta wanna do daily vlogs, but is weird because I just get home from school and don't really do much. So I guess I'm asking what do you record?

People not in HS spend more of their time at college...
And after (or skipping that), adults then spend more of their time at work...

I don't understand your question.

I guess my question is,(In my personal case) Right after school I come home and just chill out and don't really do anything vlog worthy.

Yeah, I'm kinda chuckling at the idea of high schoolers being busy in comparison to other demographics.

Agreed, but thats not the question, and I don't really know how to rephrase it :/.

Then... don't make vlogs?
If you can't do something worthy of ___ then do something other than ____.

I still don't quite understand this thread.

So I did this for Vlogmas and I actually took my camera with my everywhere I went so also to school. I just talked about what is was doing, where is was going and just some random thoughts about life. I vlogged when I was walking up to my school and took some shots in the train, you just need to intergrate it in your daily routine and it becomes natural :D ps have fun :p

Yeah, I think the question is whether anything remotely interesting happens during the day. I don't think vloggers have to do interesting things on camera - a lot of vlogs is people looking right into the camera and talking, so that looks like just chilling to me... But what separates a good one from a bad one is what they talk about, and how their personality shines through when they are talking.

Do you do any extracurriculars? (Not to be your parent, but you should definitely be involved in extracurriculars, and hopefully in some sort of leadership role, in preparation for college applications) if so, why not talk about what happened there? Or why not talk about what happened in class.

Like, if you were just talking to your friends after school, what would you talk about? Vlogs are like that, only your friends are random people on the internet.

This was the most helpful thing in the entire world.. Thank you so much.

If you're still struggling then try and just combine a few days in one. Once it becomes easier then move to daily, this will help so not every vlog looks the same. If you do any sports or anything then try and set the camera up on the side in a safe spot and record some so it can be a bit more of a show not tell, if you went to practice or hung out with people but don't want to be shoving a camera in thier faces.
