I watched your most recent video (TloU Remastered), and these are some things I personally noted:

- Your intro is incredibly long. 2-3 seconds is all that's needed. In fact, gaming videos usually have their fancy stuff at the END because people having a marathon gaming video session don't want to have to sit through it every single time. If it's at the end it's at least skippable.
- Your audio is crisp and clear, which is good. Visuals are good, no complaints there whatsoever. So it's definitely not your technical quality.
- You talk sometimes over the dialogue, big no-no in the commentary world. Try as hard as you can to avoid this (I know it isn't always possible, though!)
- Whilst your commentary isn't boring per se, you're mostly basically just talking about what's happening right in front of your viewers on the screen. That right there might turn people away, as it isn't "interesting". What you need is to be funny, make jokes about what's happening if you can, etc. Or, another tack would be to talk about interesting trivia regarding that scene or level, or give advice on how to get through a section in a way that isn't the normal way.
- Shorter videos. 15 minutes is all you need if you're trying to bring in a crowd. Long videos can be off-putting.
