Thumbnails

Hey guys,
I was wondering do any of you know any cheap software which is good at making good thumbnails, I did have photoshop but the 30 day free trial ran out and I dont know how to get it back (as in make a new account and redo it as it seems to stop me doing that) So if anybody knows any or has any links to websites which are virus free were I could download certain software, I would appreciate it.

Yeah 110%, been using these for 6+ years, yest make sure you get them from the official websites

+1 for GIMP and Paint.Net I've used both in the past for different things. I personally find Paint.Net an easier to use yet fully equipped replacement to Photoshop.
