Thumbnails slow to show up?

I've Got It
Hey. Creating new thumbnails today for my videos. Some of them loaded up with 10-15 minutes. It's been two hours for others and still not seeing them. But when I click on the video to edit, and I look at the thumbnails, it' appears the thumbnail I want has been selected.

Could this be because of a larger file sze?

Not sure why it is, but this happens to me too! For some reason, & they sometimes even take until the next day to show up!
 
Sometimes it wont show up for you, but it will show up for your viewers. I really don't understand why the video manager is so slow to update though, maybe it has something to do with our video caches.

Yep happens to me too, sometimes I just click off on another one and save it then reupload the image. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
 
Do you mean you're uploading thumbnails for old videos? If so, it has taken me upwards of a week to see the updated thumbnail. I don't get it.
 
It's youtube. I assume something they have written into their programme is along the lines off > new videos mean priority over changes > old videos take forever
